After completing a master’s degree in Coimbra, Portugal, Miguel embarked on an international career that took him to work in several cultures and countries such as Germany, Poland, Romania, Saudi Arabia or Trinidad and Tobago, totalling more than 30 countries where he delivered projects, directly or managing local teams.
Over the last 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry,
Miguel has accumulated knowledge in various fields from operations management, industrial operations, sales and marketing coordination, commercial management, health and safety quality, management of multidisciplinary teams, participation in the development of business strategies, which gave him the necessary background for the functions performed.
As a person with strategic thinking and resilience, the team relies on his good decision making skills and results oriented approach to help lead us to the best results.
Olivia Huciu
Managing Partner
With a background in architecture consolidated over the years with design and project management, Olivia has had the opportunity to work and develop her skills with various types of professionals in Romania as well as in the German culture.
After finalizing her studies in Bucharest and at KIT Karlsruhe she kick-started her career in Munich, developing her skills by German standards, evolving into project coordination, budgeting overview as well as client coordination and support. After eight years in Germany she returned to Romania with a diversified view of the construction field and a new start into project management.
Her ability coordinating, communicating with clients and collaborators involved in the project, correlated with technical and commercial skills learned over the years give her a broad understanding of team dynamics and business requirements. She brings a constant connecting element to the teams she manages and strives to create the best working tools and environment suited to fulfil the project requirements.
Marius Leonte
Technical Manager
Marius is a highly skilled engineer with years of experience on construction sites as project manager, representing the client and even in contractor management, which gives him a wide ranged overview of the construction management dynamics.
Over the years working in the construction industry he has been involved in a diversity of projects and developed skills and knowledge to help deliver any type of project. His background is primarily in commercial developments aswell as industrial and infrastructure sectors.
The implication in diverse projects has developed his expertise in management, risk analysis, teams coordination, design challenges, cost management and development of commercial assets. He is always ready for a new challenged and likes to think outside the box, an approach which helps us to improve the ways we deliver our projects.
Irina Marinescu
Design Manager [ML Studio]
After completing her studies in Architecture at the Ion Mincu University_UAUIM in Bucharest and at The Superior Technical School of Architecture _ETSAM in Madrid, Irina discovered a love for the wider design spectrum, with a high passion for both the built environment as well as the contiguous visual fields such as illustrations, product design and photography.
With over 10 years accumulated experience, Irina developed a multidisciplinary approach to each project. She coordinated residential and commercial projects, ranging from small outlets to large residential complexes before partnering at ML. Studio Architecture &Design in 2019.
She loves tackling the different challenges in every new project, having an interdisciplinary, precise and organized approach to every design brief. Her experience as well as her passion for quality and detail perfectly round up the skills within the team.
