Reviewing the projects for compliance with agreed specifications and standards and coordinating the on-site activities. Issuing and follow-up of project time schedule and similar PM instruments. Issuing and coordination of documents necessary for the project evolution and preconstruction (tender phase).
Advising the client regarding construction costs, financial and general procedures and
alternative options. Checking work and payment status, overseeing site activities and follow-up with time schedule including coordination with site inspector and H&S.
Monitoring the performance of all involved parties including general contractor and reporting regular status to the client.
